How Does it Work?

We help our clients meaningfully manage their recovery.

The goal is for you to achieve long term sobriety. Every step we chart is designed to move us forward in mind, body and spirit. So, what exactly do we do?

Heading One

We truly listen to each new client to learn about where they are at and where they have been. In our interviews we listen for cues into who our clients are, what motivates them, fears etc. in order to develop a custom plan and to match them with the best fit for referrals for additional care.

Heading Two

We develop a plan designed to move the client towards a year of continuous sobriety. Each plan is unique but will generally suggest next steps. These might be big things, such as inpatient treatment, or an I.O.P. program, down to things like initiation of a 12-step program, exercise, spiritual practice, etc.

Plans will usually address:
  • Next up referrals
  • Physical rehabilitation/exercise plan and check in
  • 12 step participation
  • Meditation practice
  • Spiritual accountability
  • Living arrangements
  • Professional plan
  • Recovery goals and benchmarks
  • Contingency plan for supporters
