The goal is for you to achieve long term sobriety. Every step we chart is designed to move us forward in mind, body and spirit. So, what exactly do we do?

Each plan is unique but will generally but will generally suggest an initial next step, such as inpatient treatment, and L.O.P. program, initiation of a 12 step program, et cetera.
Plans will usually address:
- Next up referrals
- Physical rehabilitation/exercise plan and check in
- 12 step participation
- Meditation practice
- Spiritual accountability
- Living arrangements
- Professional plan
- Recovery goals and benchmarks
- Contingency plan for supporters
